Pre-Setup: Before you begin, confirm you have:
- Admin permissions in monday.com and Ziflow to install & configure the integration.

Install the Ziflow App from the monday.com Marketplace
- Create Ziflow workspace
- Open monday.com Marketplace and search for Ziflow.
- Click Install and follow the prompts to add Ziflow to your monday.com account.

Create the Ziflow Proofs Board & Connect monday.com
- During installation, allow Ziflow app to create a dedicated “Ziflow Proofs Board” in Ziflow workspace
- This board is pre-configured to work with Ziflow, showing proof name, status, version, deadlines, and stages.
- Authenticate the connection between Ziflow and monday.com on “Ziflow Proofs board”

Set up automation to enable real-time syncing between both platforms:
- In Ziflow, navigate to Connect > Applications > monday.com.
- Set up a flow template to sync with the Ziflow Proofs Board.
- Select the newly created board from the list.
- Create a Ziflow connection and click Set Up.
- This will automatically generate flows that update monday.com with proof activity in real time.
Configure Your monday.com Project Boards
Configure download permissions, decision options (e.g., “Approved with Changes”), and watermarks for secure reviews.
Add Required Columns:
- Connection Column – Links proofing data between Ziflow & monday.com.
- Mirror Columns – Displays proof details (status, version, deadlines).
Add Required Views:
- Item View – Displays all proofs related to a single task.
- Board View – Provides a top-down view of all active proofs across multiple tasks.
After setup, verify the integration by creating a proof from the item widget in monday.com. Ensure the proof is successfully created in Ziflow and appears on the Ziflow Proofs Board with synced details.
