In this session of Ziflow Academy, we'll walk through what it's like to proof an asset with ReviewAI running in the Ziflow Proof Viewer. You'll learn how to read ReviewAI's pass and fail results, agree or disagree with its suggestions, and understand how your feedback shapes each check's reliability — plus how to handle checks that are meant for human judgment alone.

Topics covered:

  • Proofing with ReviewAI – Where ReviewAI results and comments appear when you open a proof
  • Understanding the Results – Reading the AI's pass/fail rationale and reviewing the prompt behind it
  • Agreeing with a Result – Confirming a fail and adding your own context for the team
  • Ignoring & Providing Feedback – Disagreeing with a suggestion and telling Ziflow why
  • Check Reliability Levels – How Perfect, High, Medium, and Low reflect reviewer agreement over time
  • Manually Excluded Checks – Handling items reserved for human judgment, like a subjective "vibe check"

After this video, you'll be able to:

  • Locate and interpret ReviewAI results, comments, and markups in the Proof Viewer
  • Read the AI's rationale and revisit the prompt behind any check
  • Agree with a result and add context, or ignore one and explain why
  • Understand how your feedback informs a check's Reliability Level
  • Recognize checks excluded from ReviewAI and handle them as a human reviewer
